The plan offers members over 30,000 HMO and 60,000 PPO providers in California.
In addition, the Blue Card gives members access to providers nationwide.
CIGNA Dental Health’s vast knowledge of family dental health is attributed
to 2 decades of experience. CDH has earned an excellent reputation
by providing high-quality, affordable plans to its members. They offer
3 DHMO plans for Groups and all association members and 4 PPO plans for
Groups of 5 or more eligible employees. Any increase in premium or change in
benefits will be accompanied by a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
CIGNA Healthcare offers medical plans to small
businesses, combining comprehensive coverage with quality care.
Employer groups may choose from a POS plan and an OAP (PPO type) plan.
The OAP Plan allows California employers to insure employees who reside out of
state with access to a National Network of over 800,000
providers. The plans are available with or without
infertility benefits which contain chiropractic care
as well as a 3 tier prescription benefit.

Vision Plan of America is available to Groups and Individuals at low,
affordable rates that yield a very high benefit level.
